I'm still here. Just kinda took a little break there. So much has happened since my last post. Another surgery (#5!), moved into a big, lovely home, went on disability for the neck problems, and got Disney passes! Yay for that last one!!! I've also been diagnosed with Gastroparesis, it means slow functioning stomach. Food likes to hang out in my stomach way past closing time. Loitering, that's what I call it. That's been rough. I've had to change my eating habits, undergo testing for other things (something is up with my immune system too), and deal with daily nausea bouts. It's still relatively under control compared to others that have it so much worse- they require feeding tubes, hospitalization for nutrients, and have their stomachs removed. So it's been a challenging time getting used to things.
So, we're still homeschooling.. It's going pretty well. The monsters are now in 6th and 4th grade, respectively. They are growing up so fast!!! I just love them to pieces though.
We've added a new member to the family- Chewie, the cutest little Pomeranian ever! Yes, cuter than Boo. In my opinion. 😊 He is an absolute sweetheart, he's played a huge role in helping me cope with the things that have been going on. I couldn't imagine him not being apart of our lives.
I'm gonna stop here for now. I'm re-reading a good book.. Kinda want to get back to that. MTFBWY always and Love to all!
Oh, and only 25 more days until GoTG comes out on Bluray!!! 😎😎
